Our client, a financial technology company, is looking for a Content Marketing Coordinator to join their team onsite on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the responsibility of promoting the companies digital content.
  • Identifying influencers, journalists and bloggers to pitch for partnerships; maintaining and nurturing relationships with writers and editors.
  • Ensuring high quality, high visibility blog, and media placements.
  • Tracking and optimizing content performance and placements.
  • Partnering with writers and content team to ensure you are getting the content you need.
  • Managing link building for specific content.
  • Maintaining monthly reporting of channel performance.

Requirements:

  • Internship to 2 years of experience doing some form of digital marketing, content marketing, or media relations experience in a digital agency, traditional agency or in-house.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
  • Experience blogging or creating content shared to attract online attention and conversion.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategy, experience with SEO tools such as Buzzstream, SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics a is plus.
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
  • Experience publishing on WordPress is a plus.
