Our client, an entertainment TV group, is seeking a Content Operations Associate to join the Content Marketing Operations team.

You will report to the Sr Content Marketing Operations and be responsible for:

  • Manage the localization of artwork across all asset types and languages working with our localization partners on the Library Technical Services Team
  • Ensure delivery and ingest of all assets across all languages ordered into Asset Management System, Wonderland
  • Manage the tagging of assets in Wonderland to prepare assets for delivery to the platform
  • Get static artwork; route and ensure all timelines are met for static artwork; the team is responsible for all pictures seen on streaming for global release.
  • Work with marketing teams, regional teams to do milestone tracking and adjustments.
  • The person will not create but ensure artwork gets routed and delivered on projected time milestones.
  • Static-tile art, hero images, suite artwork required for every streaming content release
  • Ensure that each artwork is delivered on time, QT’d, adjusted in proprietary systems, and prepared for downstream systems to be launched.

Musts:

  • 2-4 years experience managing and routing artwork, including ingest and tagging
  • Exceptional data management and attention to detail
  • Experience in working with lots of tracking systems (smart sheets, google docs, suite of google docs, ad hoc proprietary systems)
  • Strong artwork management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
  • Great with different asset management systems
  • Effective communicator
  • Great at communicating detailed and high-level progress to stakeholders
  • A lot of collaboration with cross-functional teams globally
  • Experience with internal expansion and digital platform launches
  • The ideal candidate has experience with static assess for a streaming service or platform
