Content Operations Coordinator

One of our very well-known streaming clients has an immediate need for a Content Coordinator. This is a junior position on a project that is estimated to take six to nine months, with a possibility that the contract could be extended. The ideal candidate would have a media background.

What you’ll do

  • Manage daily workload of cases in our ticketing system

  • Oversee case workload and prioritize needs based on urgency and severity of the issue

  • Escalate and re-route tickets to the right owners

  • Make sure process documentation and workflows are up to date

  • You are fluent in English

  • You are interested in music, podcasts technology, and copyright

  • You are capable of meeting tight deadlines and will be focused on execution

  • You are analytically minded and detail-oriented

  • You are a quick learner who thrives in a rapidly changing environment

  • You are able to stay focused in a volume-oriented space such as ticketing systems
