Your Contributions:

  • Identify user needs based on primary and/or secondary research to inform digital strategies
  • Conduct content audit and analysis to inform digital strategies
  • Partner with creative teams to guide site information architecture, taxonomies and content flow
  • Conceptualize content types and topics in support of overall communications goals, branding and digital strategy. Define style, tone and voice for solutions created
  • Work closely with the UX and Strategy leads to form a strong point of view that is rooted in actual user needs and business strategy


  • 7+ years of content strategy or related professional experience
  • Portfolio with case studies reflecting strong subject matter expertise
  • Proven track record of developing insight and facilitating the translation into implementable solutions
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to engage a variety of stakeholders in the design process are required


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
