Onward Search is looking for a Content Strategist to join our agency client, for a short contract opportunity that starts as soon as possible. This has the opportunity to extend to a full-time/contract-to-hire opportunity.


  • Planning, writing and editing content.
  • Creating content experiences tailored to the client’s target audience.
  • Ensuring that content is clear, compelling and properly distributed across web, mobile and social platforms.
  • Managing content marketing campaigns; implementing SEO best practices; and building strategic partnerships.
  • Creating and managing social media campaigns; monitoring engagement and analyzing data.


  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience creating content for different digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience writing copy for advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with both paid and earned media strategy.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Proofreading and editing skills.
  • Examples of award-winning work.
  • Education industry experience is a plus.
