Onward Search has a new opportunity with a great client in San Jose, CA. This opportunity is for a Contracts Administrator that can start immediately onsite at our client’s office. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work closely with Payment Partner Manager to negotiate complex contract terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements for supplier agreements of all types
  • Identify key contract services, product dependencies, and SLA's
  • Partner with internal product owners to prioritize services required, documents business case, and financial impacts
  • Collaborate with Partner Manager and Legal teams to negotiate continuation of key services, SLA's, and financial considerations
  • Keep meticulous records
  • Drive to deadlines, escalates as needed
  • Coordinate conversations between various internal brand business owners to document what those services are
  • Extend or terminate, document a business case, working with analytics teams as needed, being a part of the team who works with business partners and legal teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Ability to navigate complex services agreements, vendor agreements, and assist in identifying key business terms within the agreement
  • Comfortable reading and dissecting contracts, more around the business services, facilitate the work across a number of work groups and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
