This role requires extensive expertise managing and creating both UX and marketing content within an established brand, balanced by a desire to break new ground and challenge the status quo. The Content Strategist is responsible for producing and maintaining content in support of an internal startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a fast-moving, multifunctional team creating a new product.
  • Ensure that content is engaging, relevant and on-brand.
  • Provide insight to designers, product managers, developers, and marketers .
  • Distill information to craft compelling, cohesive stories.
  • Navigate complex legal reviews.
  • Create UX, marketing and training materials for partners and customers.

  • Experience with innovation methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or Google Design Sprints a plus.
