Onward Search is looking for a Copywriter / Editor to join our agency client in Greensboro, North Carolina, for a short-term onsite contract opportunity! You will be writing and editing the copy for a range a holiday season print and in-store event materials, among others, developed to communicate to consumers and employees at a large retailer.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Copywriting and Copy Editing function having developed communications for a range of 360 assets.
  • Have experience writing for event marketing and retail environments.
  • Bonus if you've worked on advertising collateral for a Fortune 100 company and bring with you the knowledge and discipline these clients expect.
  • An up to date portfolio demonstrating your previous copy projects and current capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
