Onward Search's client located in the Seaport of Boston is seeking a freelance copywriter with strong writing skills with digital/video work and projects. This freelance opportunity is expected to last up to 6 months, and all work must be done onsite at the client location. The flow of work can be anywhere from 25-40 hours per week based on project workflow. The expected average weekly work will be about 25 hours per week.

This will provide entry to high-level conceptual copy/content writing for various mediums specifically looking for a strong background in video and digital - less focused on print/email.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have advertising agency background with a good understanding of creative and marketing strategy.
  • Financial advertising a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and works independently.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient to expert in Microsoft Word.
