Our client, a luxury beauty ecommerce company, is seeking a freelance Copywriter to join the team.

You will report to the Director of Content Strategy and be responsible for:

  • being the primary copywriter for all promotional and editorial copy
  • executing a high amount of email/promotional copy
  • working on paid media assets for FB and IG, being strategic when testing 10 iterations for 1 piece of creative and seeing how they do
  • writing product descriptions for website, launching 30 product per month
  • writing 400 word editorial pieces 1-2 times per month around the beauty industry, relevant cultural pieces, and new product features


  • 4-7 years experience with high end luxury ecommerce brands, ideally around the beauty industry
  • portfolio showcasing promotional copy for email and social assets, along with short form article editorial content
  • up to date with current beauty industry, trends, able to writer for creative brand in a relevant tone of voice


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
