Our client, a Fortune 100 company and entertainment complex in Orlando, FL, is seeking a very creative and talented Copywriter to join their team for a freelance to full-time opportunity.

This person will play a key role in helping their brand reach the masses through compelling and well-written messaging. The ideal copywriter will remain faithful to the company’s brand but also reference the latest social and marketplace trends to enhance and build upon their existing voice.


  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department, art directors, designers, user experience architects and your fellow writers to determine the best messaging approach for any project.
  • Conceive and execute ideas for a variety of campaigns including but not limited to online, interactive, print, in-store, TV, environmental, event, guerrilla, mobile and social.
  • Write and revise innovative and imaginative copy according to creative briefs and deadlines.
  • Perform ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain a fresh and relevant perspective in all communications.


  • BA/BS in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism or Advertising/Marketing with copywriting focus or equivalent experience.
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking across various media types, including interactive.
  • Must be able to draft concepts, presentations, correspondence and other written materials as required.
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums, and trends.
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is a plus but not required.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
