Onward Search's client, a well-known financial institution and technology brand is looking for a Copywriter for their growing team. This candidate will be responsible for taking events to the next level by developing copy for a variety of event-related communications from invitations, banners, presentations, and booths to digital brand activations and multi-channel integrated campaigns in support of Commercial Bank marketing initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in digital/mobile/Web within an Events/PR Firm, Advertising Agency, Studio Agency or Corporate-side in-house creative team.
  • Have Experience writing for events.
  • Attention to detail – checks for product, consistency, brand standards adherence, spelling, production concerns, and other errors.
  • Superb communication skills, upbeat approach to the day, team-oriented mentality.
  • Deep understanding of advertising with a strategic approach to the creative process.
  • Impeccable and multi-faceted copywriting, copyediting and proofing talents.
  • You should be just as comfortable with a clever headline as you are with longer copy.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience working with clients in highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Have some experience working in an Agile process framework is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of financial industry experience or B2B experience is a plus.
