Our client, an ecommerce app, is seeking a Copywriter for a part-time opportunity.

You will report to the Marketing Director and be responsible for:

  • Working alongside designer with new 50+ page brand guidelines deck that outlines new "look and feel", including updated logo, typeface, art direction, color palette, etc.
  • Working on implementing the brand guidelines including re-writing emails, FAQ, print and digital marketing materials, etc.
  • Work on as needed theme based promotions such as Valentine's Day emails working in a witty, sharp and playful tone.


  • 3-5 years of Copywriting experience preferably with experience at ecommerce company or brand.
  • Portfolio showcasing a witty, sharp and playful tone within strong lifestyle brands with projects in order of priority: email design, print collateral, digital assets, banners, offline/mailers/OOH ads, social media graphics
  • Ability to work well in a teamwork-oriented environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Candidates who are most successful in this role will fit into a small and quite team, who is talented, hard working, detail oriented, creative, and flexible individual to contribute to the app experience


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
