Our client, a growing agency in the Loop, is seeking a passionate mid-level copywriter to help out on a quick 2 week project.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing department, art directors, designers, user experience architects and your fellow writers to determine the best messaging approach for any project
  • Conceiving, and executing, ideas for a variety of campaigns including but not limited to online, interactive, print, in-store, TV, environmental, event, guerrilla, mobile and social
  • Writing and revising innovative and imaginative copy according to creative briefs and deadlines
  • Performing ongoing research on current industry trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspective in all communications

Requirements:

  • Experience with Agriculture, Dairy Products, or Pharma is required
  • Demonstrated amazing portfolio & passion for great work
  • BA/BS in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism or Advertising/Marketing with copywriting focus or equivalent experience
  • Innovative and conceptual thinking across various media types, including interactive
  • Must be able to draft concepts, presentations, correspondence and other written materials as required
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends
  • Video script/ story board experience a plus.
