Copywriter

Our client is looking to hire a Copwriter for an ongoing freelance need. This person will be responsible for writing both long and short form copy for their company site as well as ecommerce partner site brand pages as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Write copy for print, digital and social media projects
• Concept ideas that are on brand
• Should be highly conceptual, strategic and capable of writing both long and short format copy.
• Experience writing manifestos, headlines and taglines – portfolio showing examples
• Collaborate with team including Art Directors and Designers
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Traditional agency background a plus
• 5+ yr experience within a corporate or agency environment
• Knowledge of MS Word
