Our client, a leader in their space, is looking to bring on an Internal Communications Specialist on a long-term contract basis. You will play a key role in developing and executing communications to employees throughout the global organization, supporting business and brand objectives across multiple initiatives along with the following skills and competencies.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Drive major employee events and experiences such as Town Hall meetings, the global Awards program and ceremony and quarterly speaker forums held in North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Craft strategic and compelling messaging, as well as develop and use the right channels in full alignment with the global brand.
  • Deliver new and creative ways of thinking, writing and executing communications, with the goal of deepening the brand's relationship with its employees.
  • Develop and rollout new initiatives that encourage employees to deliver the brand, such as a global series of brand activation sessions.
  • Partner with crucial functional teams at HQs (e.g., HR, Technology, Workplace Design & Connectivity, etc.) to develop and execute communications plans in support of programs.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational global communications needs of the brand: writing announcements, creating intranet posts and developing other communications collateral.
  • Deliver a forward-looking approach to internal communications, evolving as the business progresses and proactively adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing internal environment.
