Onward Search is in immediate need for a talented Creative Coordinator to help support our client's internal creative studio. You will spend be in charge of keeping their digital asset management system (DAM) up to date, assist in coordinating team efforts, and generally support the team in their day-to-day workload.

 

Responsibilties and Skills:

  • Administrator and manager of digital asset management system, including user management, meta tagging, folder structure, troubleshooting, training and general communication with the DAM partner
  • Maintaining internal server, archiving and folder system management
  • Main contact, responsible for all creative assets
  • Assisting the team with coordination of meetings, tracking and general creative development tasks
  • Supporting the overall work of the creative team
  • Team social chair, gauging interest in and scheduling regular outings for our team to relax, connect and bond
  • Experience in Jira, and/or other project management tools
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of design process and of video production process is a plus
  • Internship or other relevant experience in creative, marketing or design related agencies.
  • Experience with document/data management
  • Experience in digital asset management structure and administration

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects/deliverables
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of stakeholders across our marketing organization
  • Precise attention to detail and highly organized
