Our client, an independently-owned, growing agency in Boulder, is looking for a Creative Director with an Art background to join and lead their growing creative team.

Skills:

  • A natural leader with creative skills and the ability to make sense of complex information
  • Comfortable presenting and selling creative concepts to large groups
  • Ability to design or write concepts based on input from clients, account service and brand
  • Experience building, mentoring and leading creative teams to create compelling creative concepts
  • Ability to listen and be heard during casual department meetings or high-profile creative presentations
  • Experience that spans every medium – TV, Digital, Print, Social, etc.
  • Can work hard and stay (relatively) humble!

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the field preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in design, marketing or advertising)
  • Up-to-date resume and portfolio
  • Experience in advertising, marketing or branding is a must
