Onward Search is currently seeking an experienced Creative Director with experience working alongside a creative team of one writer and designer to develop design concepts for marketing materials, multi-channel campaigns and email projects . Day to Day Overview:

  • Oversee multiple design projects at one time, create timelines, oversee design direction, ensure all deadlines are met and that the creative delivers on both the marketing and business objectives found in the brief
  • Utilize industry best practices and proprietary data to influence your creative direction
  • Maintain both our digital and brand standards as it relates to your work
  • Be able to work and lead autonomously while updating and keeping communication open with creative directors, stakeholders and team members

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-3 years of experience supervising creatives in an Associate Creative Director role
  • 2 or 4-year college degree (preferably in Advertising, Fine Arts or related fields)
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and are well organized in both your work and process
  • The ability to multitask: you know how to lead/work on more than one assignment at a time while staying organized and prioritizing commitments
