One of our premier clients is looking for a Creative Engagement Specialist to join their Creative Engagement team for a long term contract, sitting in New Brunswick, NJ. This person will be contributing to discovering innovative ways to engage and create new solutions that will shape the community of change makers. This person will be coming from a creative background and will be able to pitch ideas, as well as having strong administrative skills.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver creative pitches that will drive Design Thinking and creativity to employees.
  • Creative mindset, Design forward thinking.
  • 2-4 years of related/ applicable experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, internal and external partners/ teams.
  • Assist with the development of the company’s programs and resources (i.e. websites, newsletters, workbooks, etc.)
  • Strategic problem solving and ability to come up with creative solutions.
  • Strong administrative skills (Outlook, PPT, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Heavy attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Takes initiative and volunteers for new challenges.
  • Loves helping others.
  • Project management skills preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources preferred.
