 Onward Search is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager with experience in the hunting, fishing, sportsman, or outdoor industries to join our agency client in northeastern Atlanta for a contract-to-hire opportunity!

Job Summary:

  • Manage and oversee the digital and integrated creative and marketing functions for client accounts including market research, social media, SEM/paid digital, SEO, website design/development, asset design, email marketing, brand strategy, campaign development, content management, etc.
  • This role will serve in hands-on, strategic, and team/project/account management capacities
  • This is a hybrid role and will serve in both creative and marketing capacities. Someone who cut their teeth as a designer/Art Director and has transitioned in marketing/brand strategy would be ideal


  • Prior agency experience working on big brands preferred
  • Experience creating visual and design assets from scratch
  • MUST love the outdoors and be passionate about hunting, fishing, camping, and similar activities
  • 10+ years of collective professional experience in the creative and marketing industries
  • Must be a mature leader capable of managing diverse teams who knows how to collaborate and isn't afraid of pushing back


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
