Creative Marketing Services Producer

Onward Play's AAA gaming studio is looking for an energetic Producer to take the helm of Social Production for two of their main franchise's Social projects. In this role, you will guide these projects from inception through creative development to final delivery. Your responsibilities encompass planned and reactive content creation for our Social platforms, requiring seamless collaboration across  teams to ensure timely project completion. Proficiency in Agile Project Management is a must, as you navigate process frameworks, workflows, and adapt to evolving player demands.

The ideal candidate excels in organization and time management, actively fosters relationships, and encourages collaboration within our internal teams and departments. Your commitment to keeping stakeholders informed with real-time project updates, resource allocation insights, capacity assessments, and risk mitigation strategies is paramount. Moreover, you will centralize communication and information gathering, providing clarity and priority to our marketing strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of Creative Development for fast-paced Social Content across multiple owned and operated channels.
• Create, manage, and assign project tasks for Content Creators, Design Leads, Copywriters, Content Operations, and Stakeholders.
• Oversee Wrike, our project management platform, and ensure consistent input of project-related information by cross-functional team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks or potential threats. Adjust and communicate schedule updates as necessary to maintain content calendar post schedules.
• Take charge of weekly brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and creative briefing meetings. Document and maintain actionable feedback and creative direction for assigned Content Creators, Copywriters, and Design Leads.
• Act as a liaison between Creative Marketing Services, Internal stakeholders, and Game Development teams. This includes requesting assets, acquiring feedback, and securing approvals.
• Collaborate with Design Leads to ensure strategic and visual brand consistency.
• Review all project deliverables to ensure they are free of errors and meet internal and external requirements, including specifications, file formats, naming conventions, ESRB, and Legal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Producing/Project Management role for Social Content.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a creative environment, preferably in advertising/design agencies, game development, or entertainment studios.
• Strong background in an agile project management workflow environment.
• Expert knowledge of the creative development process, specifically in content development for social media, video, static, and motion graphics.
• Ability to establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with individual contributors and departments.
• Exceptional critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with impeccable organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-starter capable of handling a high volume of projects simultaneously with varying degrees of complexity.
• Service-oriented attitude.
• Passion for video games.
• Demonstrated interest in staying informed about the latest social media trends within the gaming industry.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, G-Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.

Pluses:

• Knowledge of multi-channel Mobile Marketing creative development.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Entertainment experience, preferably in gaming.

Pay: $47 - $50 hourly
