Onward Search needs a freelance Creative Operations Manager for a leading tech company in the food space.
You’ll join the Creative and Marketing team to drive process and support creative excellence as a parental leave coverage.
This is a 7-8 month long freelance opportunity. Candidates must be local to NYC as this is a hybrid on-site position.

As a Creative Operations Manager you’ll:
Ensure the success of creative and marketing projects supporting Project Managers, Asset Managers, and more with systems and process improvements.
Driving process and systems improvements, hitting OKRs as defined by the leadership team.
Managing large creative operations budgets up through the tens of millions.
Additional responsibilities may apply.
Skills & Experience needed:
7+ years of experience in Creative or Marketing Operations.
Must have experience working with an in-house studio or agency, leading Project Managers to deliver successful projects.
Experience driving process improvement including systems enhancements within tools (eg. AdobeCS, Sketch, PM software).
Experience managing to large budgets.
Must be local to the NYC area as this is a hybrid on-site role.
