Our Creative Services Operations team is looking for a passionate and energetic Creative Project Coordinator to join our Product & Communications Design group. Our Creative Project Coordinator will partner with our team in the studio to keep projects running on time and remove obstacles, so the team can focus on producing highly creative and innovative work. You also will be responsible for the administrative duties of the Creative Services team.

The ideal candidate is quick to take ownership, proactive about asking questions, and comfortable working in a complex, cross-functional, and collaborative ecosystem. Excellent attention to detail across a variety of projects and timelines is necessary for success in this role.


  • Creating and maintaining project templates and managing workflow to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Tracking the flow of project tasks between creative teams, the studio, and creative project managers through the studio phase of the project plan.
  • Monitoring intermediate and long-term deadlines and key milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Evaluating and adjusting project priorities to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Acting as the main point person throughout the studio phase for internal teams.
  • Ensuring the process supports effective communication and collaboration across all relevant areas.
  • Timely communication of project issues, including but not limited to schedule and quality risks. Actively seek and communicate mitigation opportunities and solutions.
  • Developing strong and trusting relationships with cross-functional teams.


  • Minimum of 1-year experience in project management or administration.
  • Experience with Creative Services workflow model.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage tasks and projects, and follow through and accomplish work.
  • Flexibility/ability to consider creative approaches to problem-solving.
  • Positive, energetic, and empathetic outlook.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Workfront experience a plus.
  • Initiative to jump in and help the team.
