Our client, a large in-store and online retailer, is seeking a Freelance Creative Project Coordinator for a 6-8 week project. This role will start on August, 20th and all candidates must be available to work on site.


  • Support the rollout of creative assets across new store openings.
  • Organize creative assets on server and, compile at-a-glance documents, compile distribution lists, pack-outs and sending packaged files.
  • Manage, file and own the coordination of creative elements coming from multiple stakeholders.
  • Other tasks may apply.


  • 2-3+ years in a Project Management or Creative Asset Coordinator position.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • You are energetic, organized and detail oriented.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
