Our client, a large corporation in Boca Raton, is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to join their team on a long term contract basis. You will be a perfect fit if you are a well organized with a passion for creative.

In this role, you are responsible for collecting all inputs from internal teams to organize timely delivery of all creative marketing materials and creative assets. Responsible for communication and coordination between creative copy and design team and internal teams.


  • Understanding of creative production and creative project management.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Print production background is a plus.
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in fast paced environment
  • Time management skills
