Onward Search needs a Creative Project Manager for an established agency working on newly won automotive business. This is a ground floor contract opportunity with the possibility of conversion to permanent based upon performance and growth of the account
You’ll join the Project Management team to manage the new business for an automotive client.

As a Creative Project Manager you’ll:
Manage and lead multiple creative workstreams
Create project timelines that articulate all steps leading up to major project milestones and final deadline(s).
Monitor and adjust project scope / timings / deliverables as appropriate.
Manage and balance project & creative workloads
Clearly communicate project status, actions needed and next steps
Provide proactive solutions when challenges or conflict occur
Create and manage asset tracker on team workload and deliverables
Identify process improvements as well as develop and implement new processes and procedures
Skills & Experience needed:
Minimum of four years of project management experience within a creative agency or in-house creative studio
Previous experience with project management software (Monday.com, Workfront, etc.)
Ability to learn quickly, understand and apply new technologies
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a plus
Experience with Automotive clients a plus but not required
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, takes initiative, and anticipates problems before they arise
A steady hand able to handle the pressure filled moments with grace
Superior ability to communicate with energy and enthusiasm – with both the design team and across departments
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
