Our client, an award-winning branding agency, is in search of a Studio & Creative Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis beginning with a brief freelance trial period. This role starts as soon as possible on-site in NYC.


  • Reporting to the Creative Director and operating as an integral part of the internal creative process liaising between the program management and creative department.
  • Assigning teams to projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining an efficient and engaging work environment for creative personnel.
  • Maintain freelancers as needed, identify resource gaps and provide solutions for coverage.
  • Manage the organization of creative output from concept to production.
  • Hold regular status meetings to track progress and analyze projects throughout the development process.
  • Handle all aspects of design team management, a division of labor, workload, scopes of work, resourcing and creative facilitation.
  • After projects completed can also analyze success and develop procedural and product changes as necessary.
  • Work closely with program management and creative teams.
  • Other tasks may apply.


  • 4-7 years experience in a creative services role in an agency environment (e.g., Creative Coordinator, Project Manager, Studio Manager, etc.).
  • Secure communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a through an understanding of integrated campaigns and creative across branding, traditional and digital.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player and work well in a detail-oriented environment.
