Creative Resource Manager

A growing agency client of ours is looking for an experienced Creative Resource Manager to join their growing team in Los Angeles. This is a contract position but could turn into a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Be Detailed oriented - in any agency there are a lot of moving pieces. This client needs someone that will not let anything fall through the cracks.
• Experience working with creatives titles ranging from Jrs, GCDs (group creative directors),  animators, editors, etc
• Has worked with studio resources (specifically, motion graphics)
• Resource Manager/ PM Experience.
• Experience with forecasting needs on upcoming projects.
• Absolutely necessary that the candidate has experience working at an advertising agency or start-up 

Pluses: 

• Having an available network of creatives. 

Responsibilities: 

• Allocation/scenario planning - working with Creative Team in the LA region to ensure all projects are well kept and maintained. 
• Support mapping out the creative department to ensure all departments and projects are well maintained and resourced.
