Our client, a pharmaceutical organization, is looking for a Creative Resource Manager to join their team for a contract role.

Creative Resource Manager Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for reviewing project requests to bring work into the assignment process
  • Evaluate needs and determine resource allocation
  • Manage weekly resource meetings to understand impacts to resource needs and facilitate risk/issue mitigations
  • Understand the unique capabilities of talent within the organization to properly assign work
  • Proactively review opportunity pipeline and as needed, identify with project management and production staff the needs to engage freelancers or third parties to support backfill or specialist needs
  • Manage operations and integration of Workfront into the project tracking process and usage across the organization
  • Monitor utilization rates and manage for optimal team performance
  • Provide analysis and reporting cadence that supports analysis of workflow, job types, and a representation of resourcing performance

Creative Resource Manager Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience working in-house or agency-side in creative operations
  • Bachelor's degree, Certifications, or equivalent working experience in a creative field
  • Comfortable in a high-volume environment managing multiple projects at a time
  • Experience problem solving that requires project realignment and diplomacy in managing resource shifts .
  • Fluency in Project Management software, particularly Workfront
  • Understands the creative process, roles, skills, and range of deliverables required for a wide variety of agency work
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Gsuite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Proven experience in managing allocation for over 20 creative resources
