A full-service agency in the Greater Boston Area is looking to hire a Front End Developer/Creative Technologist who will be responsible for define strategy, lead front end development initiatives and also work hands on.


  • Lead development for enterprise level clients. Collaborate with visual and UX designers, content writers, account managers, other developers, and clients to define strategy and execute web application solutions
  • Must have expertise in front end development, a strong understanding of application level programming and a passion for exploring emerging technologies and solving problems utilizing the best development tools
  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting work to internal and external stakeholders


  • 5+ years of web development experience with expertise in JavaScript
  • Must have solid experience working with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.JS
  • Experience with modern front-end workflow processes and tools (Gulp, NPM, Grunt, Webpack, Sass)
  • Must have experience working alongside designers within an agency or in-house agency setting
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
