CRO/UX Analyst

Onward Search needs a full-time, direct hire CRO/UX Analyst for an award winning Digital Marketing Agency. This agency has built a culture that embraces dreaming up new ideas. They drive measurable results by building a foundation and then delivering with best practices.

You’ll join the Development team to dig into a website's user behavior data to understand what is working well and which areas can use refinement.

As a CRO/UX Analyst you’ll:

• Conduct user behavior research to determine website optimization opportunities
• Brainstorm solutions for proposed website UX updates
• Create and present monthly analysis reports regarding relevant conversion metrics, user behavior trends, and optimization recommendations
• Design, implement, monitor, and report on A/B tests
• Monitor project and A/B testing results, analyze key metrics, and report on performance

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 2-4 years of experience optimizing website UX
• Proficiency using Google Analytics to research data trends, specifically related to GA goals/conversions
• Experience working in different CMS, e.g. WordPress, MODX, Drupal, and Magento
• UX Portfolio showing high attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytic skills and ability to relate results to client business objectives
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task, organize, prioritize, and structure workload
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including client facing and presentation skills
