We’re looking for a candidate that possesses both the business and technical skills who can help our client company located in downtown Boston- re-platform their current Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.

This role works as a liaison between multiple teams: project management, technology, user experience, digital product, and digital commerce to help the client get to the successful launch of the following deliverables:

  • Transactional email and SMS launch
  • The configuration of the SFMC instance
  • Marketing trigger campaign
  • Successful go-live/project launch

The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. Develop an annual plan for database construction and capabilities in support of category, brand, and product initiatives and strategies Lead and brief internal and external resources on database needs and resource requirements; manage overall budget Deliver macro-level consumer trends in various categories through extensive database mining and research

Facilitate category discovery and planning processes to provide the team with clear direction and roadmaps.
