Onward Search is looking for an experienced Interactive Creative Director to drive the creative department for one of our clients. While managing the creative department and working with web developers, you will take a hands-on approach to the conception, development, implementation and evaluation of dynamic creative marketing projects. This will include nurturing and developing the talent on your team, pushing their creative boundaries, and working directly with clients and account service people.

Skills:

  • A born leader with creative skills and the ability to make sense of complex information
  • Comfortable presenting and selling creative concepts to large groups
  • Working with developers on multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to design or write concepts based on input from clients, account service and brand
  • Experience building, mentoring and leading creative teams to create compelling creative concepts
  • Ability to listen and be heard during casual department meetings or high profile creative presentations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative director or associate creative director
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in design, marketing or advertising)
  • Up-to-date resume and portfolio with high-profile clients
  • Experience in advertising, marketing or branding is a must
  • Skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision and AfterEffects a plus
