Customer Experience Designer

Onward Search is seeking a Customer Experience Designer for a three-month freelance assignment.

Day-to-Day:

• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and perform market research.
• Analyze customer behavior across customer segments and personas.
• Work in journey mapping tools to build customer journeys that will help both internal stakeholders and the client understand the customer perspective.
• Translate data-driven insights into marketing strategy recommendations.
• Lead customer experience transformation projects, including activities such as mapping, pilot-testing journey improvements.

Requirements:

• CX Design background, specifically in Mobile App, Chat or Web Portal Design
• Experience in customer journey mapping techniques

• Experience with journey builder tools and other software that help marketers visualize customer journeys (e.g., LucidChart, Miro, etc.)
• Preferred fluency in Spanish
• Minimum of 2+ years working in digital CX marketing strategy and journey mapping

About the position:

• The hourly rate range for this position is $25-40 per hour
