Exciting opportunity to join a well-known, eCommerce brand and partner closely with talented design, product, and engineering teams!

As a Design Program Manager, you have an in depth understanding of the design process as well as working knowledge of the development process to ensure the overall delivery and implementation of the end-to-end experience across design.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise performance and leverage best practices
  • Demonstrate a working understanding of the nuances of cross-functional disciplines to optimize the working cadences of their team
  • Advocate for and contribute to best practices and thought leadership
  • Summarize advantages and disadvantages of processes and tools with the insight and experience to suggest and implement changes when necessary
  • Coach & ensure team anticipates, identifies, prioritizes, and drives resolution of program-level issues related to the design process
  • Lead teams in their understanding and adoption of the processes and best practices inside and outside of eBay
  • Initiate & guide teams through Design Reviews & Demos at both team & Domain levels

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as a Producer, Project Manager, and/or Program Manager in a design-focused environment
  • Solid understanding of design principles and disciplines
  • Knows how to strategically partner across both Design, Product and Development
