Onward Search is on the hunt for a Research Coordinator to join our Entertainment client for a long-term contract position.

You'll be supporting our client's internal design studio and be responsible for participant recruiting, research coordinating, and lab maintenance in order to facilitate studies for the research team.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Participant outreach, screening, scheduling, and incentivizing
  • Soliciting, identify, and prepare appropriate candidates to participate in research studies
  • Manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously as well as accommodate the unexpected
  • Update and grow the database of attendees for all research studies
  • Test all lab equipment before test sessions
  • Keep labs clean, organized, stocked

We are seeking Research Coordinators who meet the following requirements:

  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be flexible, and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an approachable demeanor and composure
  • Must be a good listener, and multi-tasker
