Our client, a company in Boca Raton, is looking for a Front End Developer to join their team! In this role, the candidate will assist in developing, maintaining and updating websites & online content.


  • Adhere to brand guidelines and promotional calendars to assess required updates needed for multiple websites & digital campaigns while hitting required deadlines.
  • Implementing A/B test cases to ensure the continued improvement of our digital properties.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
  • Applying applicable tracking tags and assessing/implementing technical integrations.
  • Help design and layout new websites both technically and creatively.
  • Maintain and optimize existing websites, as well as developing websites for new ventures.
  • Test/troubleshoot all sites running live as well as in off-line development stages.
  • Ensure websites are running in the most optimized way

Wanted Experience:

  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Experience designing and building UI’s that render perfectly on multiple devices.
  • Portfolio of digital designs that demonstrate the ability to balance design aesthetics with technical platform capabilities, limitations and other constraints.
  • Familiarity with cPanel, domain and DNS management.
  • Ability to transfer existing websites to new platforms and hosts.
  • Ability to understand/troubleshoot web-based issues/problems and resolve issues quickly on offline and live websites.
  • Knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, CSS3, XML, jQuery, PHP and JavaScript.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), information architecture, website navigation, and email marketing.
  • Expert in WordPress development and customization.
  • Strong visualization and design skills, including color, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to multi-task, work on and maintain multiple websites simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Outgoing, positive, professional, and organized.
  • Knowledge of changing technology trends and on-going competitive analysis.




  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
