Our client, an alternative transportation company, dedicated to solving problems and making life better, is looking for a Designer to join their amazing team.

We’re looking for designer who prides him/herself on being a generalist and is as comfortable creating cutting-edge digital experiences as beautiful print material. You'll be tasked to take on all marketing assets - print assets, ad campaigns, stickers, ads, event collateral, t-shirts, and MORE. You will be based in our San Francisco office reporting to our Art Director.

Responsibilities

  • Execute well-crafted designs for integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work with digital acquisition team to concept and design digital ads across a variety of online platforms
  • Collaborate with email marketing team to concept and design effective email campaigns
  • Assist in designing landing pages to help optimize user flows
  • Assist in creating content for social media, including images and video
  • Create branded collateral for retail stores
  • Craft a consistent experience throughout all customer touch-points
  • Take feedback from the team and customers and respond with amazing ideas and concepts

Experience

  • Experience in B2C, Hardware, Sports, Outdoor brands, Action/Adventure Sports
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc
  • A strong ability to communicate the “why” behind your design decisions
  • An outstanding portfolio with emphasis in the areas of marketing, branding, and product design
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple teams and work quickly with fast turnaround times
  • Demonstrated ability to work on several concurrent projects
  • Happy to grow outside of your comfort zone
  • A passion for board sports (snowboarding, skateboarding, etc) is a big plus
