Our client, a Broadcast Network, is seeking a Designer/Production Artist to join the Creative Services team. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 


  • Supporting the Lead Designer to do production work 80% being digital banners, emails, working with important art for social.
  • Other projects include emails and invitations for clients.
  • Some design and concepting work may be needed for Presentations in InDesign and PowerPoint creating new layouts.
  • Deliverables to expect are 10-20 working on 1-3 projects at a time.
  • Design of printed and digital sales collateral and sales support materials: pulls together available creative assets, executes designs, meets with sales and marketing execs to determine configurations as appropriate, produces final creative print mechanicals and oversees the delivery of mechanicals to the final destination.
  • Asset management and delivery, build and manage digital asset delivery systems for internal use and external distributors.
  • Organize and maintain asset library of logos, photography, key art, title treatments, prior creative mechanicals, metadata and other elements used in association with network and network property promotion on multiple platforms.
  • Serves as the point on print production issues by working directly with editorial staff, outdoor production companies, and print vendors.


  • 3-5 years graphic design experience required, preferably with a media or entertainment company.
  • Experience with sports marketing is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in all applicable graphic design programs and production processes including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be skilled in repurposing existing key art and creation of production ready files in a range of applications.
  • Must have experience running graphic design programs on Apple Macintosh computers, explicitly running the OSX operating system.
  • Needs to be able to receive direct feedback on design work in a professional manner, without taking it personally or responding defensively.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, with very tight and unmoving deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills required to communicate internally and externally, and manage expectations of internal employees, external clients, and vendors.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at various stages of development.
  • Comfortable working in a highly communicative and small department collaborating daily and being able to work with varying personalities.
