Our client, a creative agency focused on non-profits, is seeking a Designer to join their team for a project.

You will report to the VP Creative and be responsible for:

  • working on a the branding for a new campaign focused on teen girl empowerment
  • concepting and creating various designs based on existing company branding, elevating the look for this high profile campaign
  • final execution of concept chosen will be a full brand book for designs that will eventually go onto social, print, and OOH
  • given free reign with design exploration as limited creative direction will be given


  • 5-7 years experience with a deep knowledge and level of experience in branding
  • Experience with female brands, audiences and non-profits is a plus
  • Spanish speaking background is a plus
  • Portfolio with uplifting designs ranging from typography, infographics for socially conscious projects
  • Projects with a 'call to action' are a plus
  • Out of the box thinkers who are able to come up with a high level of concepts for each project


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
