Our client, a logistics platform software, is seeking a Designer, with 2-3 years of experience.

This is a contract-to-hire, 40 hrs/wk onsite role in San Francisco, CA.

The ideal candidate is a strong designer who can produce high quality designs for both digital and print. This person should be a design generalist – that can wear many hats and jump in on digital and print projects as needed. Someone who will embody and empower the brand’s visual identity and expression. Someone who thrives on big challenges and responds with big creative solutions. This person will be reporting into the Design Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrates ability to design various materials– from PowerPoint presentations to posters, from digital ads to t-shirt designs
  • Consistently delivers viable breakthrough designs
  • Maintaining the agility and flexibility to design everything from environmental signage to print ads and online banners to landing pages and emails to brochures and collateral to websites, social, mobile and video
  • Taking ownership of projects assigned and ensure they meet agreed deadlines to agreed standards
  • Photographer searching/image sourcing
  • Knowledgeable of services, target audiences, market trends and competitor activities


  • 1-3 years of design experience in agency, in-house or journalistic setting, online and traditional
  • Strong sense of typography and typesetting
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; fluency in Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote); 3D, video animation and HTML experience a huge plus
  • Real-world experience in a creative or marketing related field
  • Experience working in B2B or business marketing in complex categories
  • Multi-hyphenate skill set: Digital-traditional-social, Advertising-marketing-content, Long-form and short-form content, Left-brain-right-brain-creative-strategic
