Our client, a cable network, is seeking a Designer/Animator to join their team.
You will report to the Director of Post-Production & On-Air Promo and be responsible for:
Create both stylized, creative graphics, and 2D + 3DHD animation for broadcast.
Working in a creative and collaborative environment with creative freedom to independently come up with concepts and execute upon them.
Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and the highest quality content is produced.
Work closely with and take direction from Creative Directors, Producers, and senior management.
Design stunning motion graphics including titles / supers to elevate videos.
Absorb creative direction while bringing unique ideas to the table
Ideate, brainstorm, and execute a range of motion graphic and design techniques
Version out graphics based on delivery specs
Collaborate with the team and contribute to creative ideation and problem solving
5-7 years in design and animation, preferrably in-house
Strong background in art direction or graphic design including typography, 3D asset creation, and motion graphics
A degree in graphic design or related field is preferred with a focus on design/media Cinema 4D experience highly desired
Portfolio showcasing mainstream broadcast on-air promo, rebrand and show package projects
Expert level with both computers utilizing a variety of design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite focused on Photoshop, After Effects
A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and elevate content to the next level.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment while producing high quality results.
