Our client, a Social Media Company, is seeking a freelance Digital Ad Support Specialist to join their team for an assignment.


  • Provide excellent email and video call support to advertisers, agencies, and internal Sales teams on self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions
  • Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue
  • Be an expert on internal ad platform; use data to troubleshoot delivery, reporting, ad performance, and campaign optimization queries
  • Build relationships with internal Sales teams as you work together on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on the advertiser’s goals
  • Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs


  • 1+ years in digital advertising, technology or other related field
  • 1+ years working in Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
  • Understanding of programmatic ad buying and auction marketplace dynamics
  • Ability to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging manner
  • Data-driven and able to work with large data sets in Excel to solve business problems, and providing practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field
