Onward Search is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our client in the Boston area. The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to which you will distribute marketing content. You will execute the marketing strategy plan using both offline and online methods to gain new customers and expand brands nationwide. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to develop integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution that generate lead conversion. The Digital Marketing Analyst will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch creative organic and paid campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a keen knowledge of B2B and residential consumer buying demographic to find target audiences
  • Develop and execute all digital marketing campaign, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence following a campaign schedule to increase followers
  • Google Analytics Reporting Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) – make recommendations to management
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Develop and manage website content using WebFlow including new E-Comm site
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
