Our Client, a leading technology company, is looking for a Digital Art Director to join their team in Richmond, VA.

Day to Day:

  • Advocate and be the voice of our customer in our development process
  • Work daily in Android and iOS design systems to bring new capabilities to all of our flagship apps
  • Develop responsive and adaptive components and libraries
  • Effectively communicate design standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design
  • 2 years of experience with Sketch and native app design (iOS and Android)
  • 2+ years of experience with standard digital tools (e.g., Sketch, Xcode, Android Studio)
  • 1 or more years’ experience presenting concepts to peers, management, and executive stakeholders and influencing design, product and business direction
  • Exposure to client management, including relationship building with internal and external partners
  • User Centered Design Principals - Design Thinking
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of iOS and Android design systems and best practices
