Our client, who is in the automobile industry, is in need of a Digital Art Director to join their team in the Fort Myers, FL area. In this role, the Digital Art Director will be working closely with the Creative Director as well as the Brand Marketing team. This person is adaptable, able to come up with new concepts as well as execute on those concepts.


  • Responsible for creating all design experience guidelines from ideation to final design.
  • Consistently produce a high volume of quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • Design banners with animation landing pages, social media assets, and any marketing/design asset for all digital channels.
  • Maintain coherent brand identities across all projects and platforms.
  • Ensure continuity of design and assets shared with areas of the organization.


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-15 years experience as a Designer.
  • Must possess excellent visual and graphic design composition skills.
  • Must have creative vision and the ability to make that vision come to life.
  • Must have the ability to create and implement brand standards.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of Windows and PC platform.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others.
  • Willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
