Our client, a video game company, is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to work on their esports team for a 12 month contract.


  • Be dedicated to the maintenance and upkeep of the asset management of esports content
  • Assisting in tackling the backlog of content ingestion and organization for esports content
  • Work closely with the engineering team in helping to support broadcast and post-production efforts to bring stories to life and help players make meaningful connections through awesome content
  • Learn the ins and outs of how metadata is organized and apply to backlog and new content as it comes in
  • Willing to learn video game and accurately apply knowledge to the job
  • Apply knowledge of video formats, and post-production workflows to past and new content.
  • Work varied schedule, potentially weekends
  • Assist the lead archivist by responding and supporting requests for content and footage

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years experience familiar with post-production workflows
  • Experience with data entry and validation
  • Knowledge of post-production and storage systems
  • Strong understanding of video/audio encoding; formats, protocols and best practices
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback around practices, tools, and methods related to post-production and digital archival
  • Experience following best practices and collaboration within a team environment
  • Able to adapt and engage in workflow and tool improvements
  • Ability to prioritize and manage themselves while working on projects
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple on-going projects
  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze problems across a variety of facets to design holistic solutions
  • Experience working on supporting a large number of different customer needs as the user base grows over time
  • Esports experience is a big plus
