Global Music Entertainment in NYC is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join them for an ongoing contract opportunity with the potential to go perm.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will work with DAM and CMP and find ways to communicate the value of these platforms internally to drive support and adoption
  • You’ll work with each marketing team to provide additional training, troubleshoot issues, help teams onboard and proactively drive adoption. You’ll provide recommendations to drive growth and adoption of the DAM and the CMP
  • You’ll add new users and ensure their correct permissions and setup on the DAM and CMP
  • You’ll oversee and support creative assets importing and tagging from Google Drive and other sources into the DAM
  • You’ll provide training to any new agency users and ensure they upload all final assets correctly into the DAM
  • You’ll manage DAM news/landing page content as well as guidelines content
  • You’ll manage and administer the overall Spotify DAM asset taxonomy
  • You’ll work with stakeholders and teams to make changes and updates to the DAM in terms of taxonomy, groups & permissions, workflows and guidelines.
  • You’ll provide oversight on license usage and service delivery / SLAs by the DAM and CMP software vendors

 

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years professional Archival/DAM experience
  • Expertise in organizing large collections of content with high level processing and curation skills
  • Ability to champion and deliver training to global clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in migrating assets from several DAM systems or sources into another
  • High level of expertise in metadata structures and taxonomy practices
  • Ability to strategize and troubleshoot at the cross section of platforms, stakeholders and processes
  • Experience in collaborating with colleagues and clients on complex projects across departments and geographic regions
  • Experience building relationships with upper management, creative agencies, and departmental entities
