Onward Search needs a Digital Asset Manager for a media company. This is your chance to be a part of a team that is changing the world around us.

As a Digital Asset Manager you’ll:

• Audit and evaluate all current digital asset workflows, storage solutions.
• Work closely with the Content Studio Team, Content Design, and Content Production to establish and implement common workflows, file naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Work closely with the Design Tech team to ensure integration and accessibility of data organization to other systems and tools
• Develop processes for long term media storage, data consolidation, and ongoing asset management.

Skills & Experience needed:

• Eligible candidates must have at least 5-8 years experience managing Digital assets and workflow at a high-volume creatively driven streaming service or production studio.
• Candidates are technically proficient, and familiar with various project structures and file formats for both static and video assets, including meta-data and versioning.
• Candidates must have the ability to make decisions independently.
• Candidates must be able to foster and implement a high degree of organization across teams.
• Candidates are collaborative and can communicate clearly.
